3 1/4 tbspSoy sauce, to taste
2 1/2 tspRice wine vinegar
2/5 cupPeanut oil
1/2 cupVegetable oil
1/4 cupParsley, fresh, chopped
4 Scallions, minced
48 Tartlet shells
Procedures:
1Cook chicken breast in 350°F oven.
2Don"t overcook.
3Let cook.
4Skin and bone breast and cut into ? cubes.
5Put cubed meat in mixing bowl.
6Combine soy sauce, vinegar, oils, parsley and scallions.
7Pour over chicken and stir well.
8Spoon into prepared shells
