Ingredients:

| tbsp | Egg, beaten | | 1/4
| cup | Oil + 2 TB Oil | | 2
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1 1/2
| lbs | Chicken, boneless, skinless | | | - cut into ?inch cubes | | 1/2
| cup | Waterchestnuts, sliced | | 4
| oz | Mushrooms, sliced | | 1
| can | Bamboo shoots | | 1/4
| lbs | Bean sprouts | | 4
| oz | Snow peas (optional) | | 3
| tbsp | Kahlua MIXED WITH | | 1
| tsp | Cornstarch | | 1
| cup | Cashews |

Procedures:
| 1 | Coat chicken in mixture of egg, 2 tsbp oil and the cornstarch. | | 2 | Heat the remaining oil in a wok. | | 3 | Add chicken, stir well. | | 4 | Cook until golden brown. | | 5 | Remove chicken to plate or bowl. | | 6 | Drain well. | | 7 | Leaving very little oil in the wok, add all the vegetables. | | 8 | Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes. | | 9 | Add kahlua-cornstarch mixture, stir well. | | 10 | Simmer and add the chicken back in. add the cashews. | | 11 | Stir well. | | 12 | Transfer to a heated serving platter. | | 13 | Makes 4-6 servings --- |
