| 1 | Combine parmesan, salt and pepper. |
| 2 | Flatten chicken breasts (if desired). |
| 3 | Heat garlic in butter to melt. |
| 4 | Cool slightly. |
| 5 | Mix half of the garlic butter with the sour cream. |
| 6 | Lather each breast with the sour cream mixture. |
| 7 | Roll in parmesan mixture. |
| 8 | Place breasts in foil-lined baking dish.bake, uncovered, at 375f for 25 to 30 minutes. |
| 9 | Baste often with remaining garlic butter. |
| 10 | During last 5 minutes, run under the broiler to brown the cheese. |
| 11 | Serve with linguine. |
| 12 | Cover with sauce in pan and additional parmesan if desired. |
