Ingredients:

| large | Reynolds oven bag | | 3
| tbsp | Flour, divided | | 4
| | Cornish hens (1.5 lbs. each) 1 ?ts Ground ginger | | 1
| cup | Orange marmalade | | 2
| tbsp | Soy sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | shake 1 tb. flour in oven bag; place in 13x9x2" baking pan. | | 3 | Wash hens; pat dry. | | 4 | Place hens in bag. | | 5 | in a small bowl, combine remaining flour, marmalade, soy sauce and ginger. | | 6 | Spoon sauce over hens in bag. | | 7 | Close bag with nylon tie; cut 6 half-inch slits in top. | | 8 | Bake until juices run clear and hens are tender, 1 to ?hours. | | 9 | Let stand in bag 5 minutes. | | 10 | Serve with sauce, if desired. | | 11 | in brochure that came with package of reynolds large (19x23.5") oven bags. | | 12 | Richmond, va: consumer products division/reynolds metals company, 1988 |
