Orange glazed cornish hens

Ingredients:
1 largeReynolds oven bag
3 tbspFlour, divided
4 Cornish hens (1.5 lbs. each) 1 ?ts Ground ginger
1 cupOrange marmalade
2 tbspSoy sauce
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2shake 1 tb. flour in oven bag; place in 13x9x2" baking pan.
3Wash hens; pat dry.
4Place hens in bag.
5in a small bowl, combine remaining flour, marmalade, soy sauce and ginger.
6Spoon sauce over hens in bag.
7Close bag with nylon tie; cut 6 half-inch slits in top.
8Bake until juices run clear and hens are tender, 1 to ?hours.
9Let stand in bag 5 minutes.
10Serve with sauce, if desired.
