Ingredients:
4 Onions
1/4 cupButter
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
2 tbspLiquid honey
2 tbspCider vinegar
Procedures:
1A sweet condiment for pork, smoked fish, poultry or steak.
2Tasty on burgers or as a pizza base instead of usual tomato sauce.
3thinly slice onions into rings.
4In skillet, melt butter over medium heat; cook onions, salt and pepper, stirring, for 1 minute.
5Reduce heat to low; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until onions are softened.
6add honey and vinegar; cook, covered, for 20 minutes or until onions are very soft.
7Uncoer and cook for 15 minutes or until thickened slightly and onions are glazed.
8Serve warm.
