5 cupRhubarb, diced
4 cupSugar
6 ozJello, strawberry
Procedures:
1Mix rhubarb and sugar together and let stand overnight.
2In morning, cook mixture until rhubarb is soft.
3Remove from heat and stir in jello until it is dissolved.
4Jar andseal.
