Ingredients:
12 ozCanned chickpeas, drained
3 tbspDry bread crumbs
2/3 cupInstant nonfat dry milk
4 Egg whites, lightly beaten
1/8 tspGarlic powder
1/8 tspDried basil
1/4 tspDried oregano
1/2 tspDry mustard
1 tspT worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Procedures:
1In a blender container or food processor, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
2Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
3Drop mixture onto griddle or pan making twelve 3 inch patties.
4Cook till brown on both sides turning once.
