Ingredients:
1/3 cupInst. mashed potatoes
-Idahoan brand, or boiled
2 cup-Water
4 ozRoast peppers, or pimientos
1 tspOnion powder
1/3 cupNutritional yeast
2 tbspArrowroot
3 tbspLemon juice
1 1/2 tspBouillon, or imit. chicken
-base
Procedures:
1Add all ingredients to a blender or food processer and blend until smooth.
2Then add to sauce pan and heat on medium with continuous stirring until barely boiling and sauce is thick and smooth.
3Serve imeejetly, if not sooner.
4Great on anything on which you"d use a cheese sauce or it"s even good by itself.
5If you reheat, first add a little water, stir, then heat.
6: the original rcp calls for pimientos, but roast peppers give it a much better flavor.
