| | To 3 - lb chuck steak | | 2
| med | Onions, chopped | | 1
| | Clove garlic, minced | | 2
| tsp | Crushed coriander | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Black pepper | | 1
| dash | Cayenne pepper | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Soy sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Source: mainbeef.zip in a large bowl, toss the onions, garlic, coriander, salt and both types of pepper. | | 2 | Add and mix the lemon juice, brown sugar and soy sauce. | | 3 | Place the chuck steak in this marinade and refrigerate over night. | | 4 | Place meat on broiler pan or rack, farthest from the flame. | | 5 | Broil 12 minutes. | | 6 | Place marinade on meat and broil another 2 minutes. | | 7 | Serves 6 |
