Ingredients:
1 ½lb pork tenderloin
1 Green lemon (juice only)
2 tbspSoy sauce
2 tbspBrown sugar
2 Cloves garlic crushed
1 tbspCumin
1 tbspCurry powder
1 tspSambal Ulek (see recipe)
1 tbspSesame oil
2 tbspPeanut oil
Procedures:
1Marinate pork tenderloin in other ingredients for 2 hours in covered container in the fridge.
2Brown on all sides in hot pan for no more than 10 minutes.
3Serve with fried bananas and serundeg (see recipe).
