Ingredients:
2 packYeast
4 5 c. flour
1 1/2 cupWarm water
2 Cloves garlic
1 tbspSalt
1 tbspBasil
1 tbspSugar
1 tbspParsley
Procedures:
1Dissolve yeast in water.
2Add salt & sugar.
3Blend in 2 c. flour.
4Crush garlic and add with herbs.
5Add 2 c. more flour, and more if dough is too sticky.
6Roll into snakes & shape.
7Sprinkle with kosher salt if desired.
8Bake at 425°F for 10 - 15 minutes or until browned
