| 1 | Dissolve yeast in water. |
| 2 | Add salt & sugar. |
| 3 | Blend in 2 c. flour. |
| 4 | Crush garlic and add with herbs. |
| 5 | Add 2 c. more flour, and more if dough is too sticky. |
| 6 | Roll into snakes & shape. |
| 7 | Sprinkle with kosher salt if desired. |
| 8 | Bake at 425°F for 10 - 15 minutes or until browned |
