Ingredients:

| cup | Small curd cottage cheese | | 1/2
| cup | Parmesan cheese, grated | | 1
| lbs | Ground beef, cook, drain | | 2
| cup | Mozzarella cheese, shredded | | 1
| tsp | Oregano | | 1/2
| tsp | Basil | | 6
| oz | Tomato paste | | 2
| | Eggs | | 1
| cup | Milk | | 2/3
| cup | Bisquick | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | | Fresh parsley, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 400°F. | | 2 | Grease pie plate, 10x1-?, or square 8" baking dish. | | 3 | Layer cottage cheese and parmesan cheese in pie plate. | | 4 | Mix cooked beef, 1 cup of mozzarella, the oregano, basil and tomato paste; spoon evenly over the top. | | 5 | Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender on high speed, 1 minute with wire whisk or hand beater or until smooth. | | 6 | Pour in to pie plate. | | 7 | Bake 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. | | 8 | Sprinkle with remaining cheese. | | 9 | Return to oven 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. | | 10 | Cool 5 minutes. | | 11 | Sprinkle with parsley. | | 12 | ?recipe: use 1 qt. square or round casserole. | | 13 | Divide ingredient amounts in half. | | 14 | Decrease beat time to 10 seconds in blender or 30 seconds with wire whisk or hand beater and first bake time to 25-30 minutes |
