| cup | Bisquick | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 400. | | 2 | Grease pie plate. | | 3 | Sprinkle ham, 1 c. cheese, the asparagus and onions in plate. | | 4 | Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper til smooth, 15 sec. | | 5 | In blender at high speed. | | 6 | Pour into plate. | | 7 | Bake til knife inserted in center comes out clean. | | 8 | 40-45 min. sprinkle with ?c. cheese. | | 9 | Cool 5 min. 6-8 servings. | | 10 | Note: 1 lb of fresh asparagus can be used.(about 2 cups cut up) food and wine club lisa crawle |
