| can | Tomato paste | | 3
| large | Cans tomato sauce | | 1
| cup | Pre-cooked brown rice | | 1
| cup | Kidney or pinto beans |

Procedures:
| 1 | Boil onions, carrots, and garlic in ?cup of water until tender. | | 2 | Add spices, tomato sauce, and tomato paste, and simmer on medium-low heat for 15 minutes or so. | | 3 | Add rice and beans. | | 4 | Simmer for an additional 15 minutes. | | 5 | Makes about 4 servings. | | 6 | This recipe is very flexible. | | 7 | It is different every time i make it. | | 8 | Please feel free to add any additional vegies or spices. | | 9 | Please let me know if you like it |
