Mustard-barbecued chicken legs

Ingredients:
2 tbspDijon mustard
1 tbspDry white wine
1/4 tspDried basil
1/4 tspOregano
1/4 tspRosemary
1/4 tspThyme
1 Clove garlic minced
4 Chicken legs & thighs
Procedures:
1In small bowl, mix mustard, wine, herbs and garlic until well combined.
2Spread evenly over all sides of chicken.
3Cover chicken and refrigerate about 3 hours.
4Arrange chicken on barbecue grill about 6-inches above glowing coals.
5Grill chicken legs until well browned on both sides, abot 45 minutes in all (meat near thigh bones should no lomger be pink or run with pink juices when tested).
6Serves 4.
