Ingredients:

| cup | Beef, cooked, cut bite-size | | 1
| cup | Onion, chopped | | 1
| cup | Celery, thinly sliced | | 3
| | Tomatoes, coarsely chopped | | 1 1/2
| cup | Swiss cheese, shredded | | 2 1/4
| cup | Milk | | 1/4
| cup | Butter, melted | | 5
| | Eggs | | 1 1/4
| cup | Bisquick | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 350. | | 2 | Grease a 13x9x2" baking dish. | | 3 | Layer beef, onion, celery, tomatoes and cheese in dish. | | 4 | Beat remaining ingred. til smooth, 15 sec. | | 5 | In blender on high or 1 min. with electric mixer on high. | | 6 | Pour into dish. | | 7 | Bake until knife insertted in center comes out clean, 40-50 minutes. | | 8 | Cool 5 minutes. | | 9 | Garnish with parsley sprigs if desired. | | 10 | Serves: 8-10. | | 11 | High alt.- bake 70-75 minutes |
