Ingredients:
1/2 cupWhole wheat flour
1/2 cupWhite flour
1/2 cupBarley/wheat nuggets (grape
Nuts)
1/2 cupSugar
1/2 tbspBaking soda
1/2 tbspBaking powder
1/4 tbspSalt
1 tbspVanilla
1/4 cupEgg substitute
2 Mashed bananas
Procedures:
1In a small bowl mix all dry ingrediants together.
2In a larger bowl mix all wet ingrediants together.
3Add dry ingrediants to wet ingrediants.
4Bake for 20-25 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean) in a 350 degree oven.
5This recipe makes about 10 muffins
