Ingredients:
1/2 cupTomato juice
2 tbspLemon juice or vinegar
1 tbspMinced onion
1/8 tspSalt
1/8 tspOregano
1 dashPepper
1 dashGarlic powder (optional)
Procedures:
1Yield: ?c each serving: 2 tbsp free food (up to 2 servings per day) combine all ingredients in jar with tightly fitted top.
2Refrigerate several hours.
3Shake well before using.
4Note: this dressing may be kept for several weeks refrigerated in a closed container.
