Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupCAKE FLOUR
1/4 cupSUGAR
1/4 cupCOCOA
1 tspBAKING SODA
1/2 tspSALT
1 cupWATER, ROOM TEMPERATURE
1/2 cupLIQUID SUGAR SUBSTITUTE
1 tbspVINEGAR
2 tspVANILLA
1/2 cupVEGETABLE OIL
Procedures:
1Place flour, sugar, cocoa and salt in mixer bowl and mix at low speed to blend.
2Beat together remaining ingredients with a fork to blend.
3Add all at once to dry ingredients and beat at medium speed until smooth.
4Paper-line 12 muffins tins or grease with margarine and flour.
5Fill muffin tins about ?full and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out cleam from the center of the cupcake
