Ingredients:

| lbs | Lasagna noodles | | 1
| lbs | Ricotta | | 2
| | Eggs, well beaten | | 1/2
| lbs | Mozzarella cheese sliced | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | White pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Make your own sauce with meat or you can use a large jar of ragu and add meat to it. | | 2 | Mix ricotta with eggs. | | 3 | Add salt and pepper. | | 4 | Cook lasagna noodles according to package, 15-20 minutes. | | 5 | Strain. | | 6 | Slighly cover bottom of casserole dish (12x9 pan) with meat sauce. | | 7 | Then alternate layers as follows: lasagna, ricotta, lasagna,grated eggs and sauce. | | 8 | Continue this, ending witth lasagna, and top with mozzarella cheese slices. | | 9 | Sprinkle with meat sauce. | | 10 | Bake in oven at 350* for about 30 minutes. | | 11 | For a more cheesier lasagna, put a layer of mozzarella cheese between each layer and also on top. | | 12 | Good lasagna!! |
