Ideal lasagna

Ingredients:
1 lbsLasagna noodles
1 lbsRicotta
2 Eggs, well beaten
1/2 lbsMozzarella cheese sliced
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspWhite pepper
Procedures:
1Make your own sauce with meat or you can use a large jar of ragu and add meat to it.
2Mix ricotta with eggs.
3Add salt and pepper.
4Cook lasagna noodles according to package, 15-20 minutes.
5Strain.
6Slighly cover bottom of casserole dish (12x9 pan) with meat sauce.
7Then alternate layers as follows: lasagna, ricotta, lasagna,grated eggs and sauce.
8Continue this, ending witth lasagna, and top with mozzarella cheese slices.
9Sprinkle with meat sauce.
10Bake in oven at 350* for about 30 minutes.
11For a more cheesier lasagna, put a layer of mozzarella cheese between each layer and also on top.
12Good lasagna!!
