Ingredients:
1 cupYellow cornmeal
1 cupFlour
4 tspBaking powder
3/4 tspSalt substitute
1 medEgg, slightly beaten
1 cupSkim milk
Procedures:
1Sift dry ingredients together.
2Add egg and milk; mix well.
3Pour into 12 x 8-inch pan which has been sprayed with a nonstick vegetable coating.
4Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes.
5Cut into 12 squares.
