Ingredients:
1 cupUnbleached a-p flour, *
-*a-p=all-purpose flour
1 cupWhole-wheat flour
1 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspSalt
4 tbspWhipped butter

1 cupButtermilk
1/2 cupGolden raisins
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2Coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
3In a medium-size bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
4Add butter, mixing into flour with your fingers.
5Add buttermilk and knead to a soft dough.
6Knead in raisins.
7On a floured board, roll out dough to ? thick.
8Cut in 16 rounds.
9Place on a baking sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden.
10Makes 16 scones.
