Ingredients:
INGREDIENTS
1 packActive dry yeast
1/2 cupWarm water
2 Eggs, OR EGG SUBSTITUTE
1/2 cupSkim milk'
1/3 cupVegetable Oil
3 tbspSweet*10 Liquid
1/2 cupCocoa
2 cupFlour, Pillsbury's All Purp.
1 tbspBaking Powder
1 tspSoda
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspVanilla
1 tspRed food coloring
Procedures:
1Directions: spray a 9-in tube or bundt pan.
2In a large mixer bowl, soften yeast in warm water.
3Add egg substitute, milk, oil and sweet*10.
4Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
5Add cocoa, dry ingredients, vanilla and food coloring.
6Blend at low speed; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
7Pour batter into greased 9-inch bundt pan or tube pan.
8Cover with foil; let rise in warm place for 45 minutes.
9Bake at 350 degreds for 30 to 35 minutes until a wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
10Invert immediately onto wire rack.
11Cool.
