Ingredients:
1 cupLiquid shortening
2 tbspGranulated fructose
4 Eggs
1/2 cupWater
2 cupFlour
1 tspEa baking soda & powder
2 tspGround cinnamon
1 tspGround nutmeg
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupPecans chopped
3 cupGrated carrots
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350^.grease and flour a 3 quart tube pan.
2In a mixing bowl cream together the shortening,fructose and eggs until light and lemon colored.
3Add remaining ingredients except carrots and pecans.beat well then stir in carrots and pecans.
4Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes.
