Ingredients:
1/2 cupSnipped dried figs
1/2 cupChopped dates
1/2 cupChopped prunes
1 cupCrushed pineapple
1 cupDark raisins
2 cupChopped apple (1 med. size)
1/2 cupChopped walnuts
1/2 cupOrange juice
2 cupWhole wheat flour
1/2 cupWheat germ, toasted
1 tbspBaking powder
1 tspBaking soda
1 tspGround cinnamon
1/2 tspGround nutmeg
2 Eggs
Procedures:
1Combine the figs, dates, prunes, pineapple, raisins, apple, walnuts, and orange juice in a bowl.
2Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3pour into a lightly oiled 10 inch tube pan.
4Bake in 350°F oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
