Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupAll purpose flour
1 cupSugar
1 tspBaking soda
1 tspCinnamon
1/2 tspMace or nutmeg
1/2 tspSalt, optional
1/2 tspOrange rind, grated
1 1/2 cupNonfat yogart, plain
1 tbspCornstarch, disoved in
1/4 cupNonfat milk
1 Large apple, peeled choped
2 tspVanila extract
Oil to grease pan
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, mace and salt into large bowl.
3Add orange rind, yogurt, disolved cornstarch, apple and vinila .
4Blend by hand until well mixed.
5Spoon into greased 9x13" baking pan.
6Bake 350°F.
735-40 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
8Serve warm or cool.
