Ingredients:
1 cupPlain low-fat yogurt
1/2 tspCurry powder
1/8 tspGround ginger
1/4 tspSalt
Dash of cayanne pepper
Procedures:
1Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2Chill in a covered container at least 1 hour before serving.
3This is easy and delicious as a dressing on chicken or fish salads or as a dip for assorted raw vegetables.
