Cranberry-stuffed acorn squash

Ingredients:
2 medAcorn Squash
1 Apple, chopped
1/2 cupCranberries, fresh or
Frozen, chopped
1 Orange, peeled and chopped
1/2 tspGround Cinnamon
2 tspHoney -or- Equal Sweetener
Procedures:
1Cut the squash in half and remove the seeds.
2Combine the remaining ingredients, except the honey or sweetener.
3Fill the squash with the mixture.
4Drizzle the honey or sweetener over the squash.
5Place in a baking pan.
6Cover with aluminum foil or a lid and bake for 25 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
7Remove the foil and continue baking until the squash is tender, about 20 minutes.
