Ingredients:
3 cupCrumbled cornbread
1 cupBread crumbs
2 cupFat-free chicken broth
1 cupCelery, finely chopped
3/4 cupOnion, finely chopped
2 Egg whites
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1/2 tspPoultry seasoning, (or sage)
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix well.
2Turn into nonstick baking dish.
3Bake at 350°F for 45 min. or until light brown and "set".
