Ingredients:
| 1/2
| tsp | Granulated gelatin | | 1
| tbsp | Cold water | | 1/2
| tsp | Dry mustard | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | | Few grains freshley ground | | | -pepper | | 1
| tbsp | Water | | 1
| cup | Buttermilk, made from skim | | | -milk | | 2
| tsp | Green onion, finely chopped | | 2
| tsp | Parsley, minced fresh |

Procedures:
| 1 | Soak gelatin in 1 tb cold water. | | 2 | Dissolve over hot water. | | 3 | Mix together mustard, salt, pepper, and 1 tb water until smooth. | | 4 | Combine all ingredients except parsley and blend well. | | 5 | Chill until it begins to ticken. | | 6 | Beat gently untill smooth; stir in parsley. | | 7 | Turn into a jay and cover. | | 8 | Chill serveral hours. | | 9 | Food exchanges per serving: up to 2 tablespoons may be considered "free" cho: 2g; pro: 1g; fat: 0; cal: 14; low sodium diets: omit salt. |
