Ingredients:
4 tbspButter or margarine
500 gramsMinced pork
2 cupSultanas
1/2 cupPine nuts
10 Green (spring) onions
-chopped
2 Onions, finely chopped
1 cupBread crumbs
I cup parsley, chopped
2 tbspFresh coriander, chopped
2 tbspFresh oregano, chopped
G Rind of 1 orange.
