Procedures:
| 1 | Source: mainpoul.zip combine tomato sauce, picante sauce, cumin, garlic salt and oregano; mix well. | | 2 | Cut chicken into 1" pieces; sprinkle with salt and pepper. | | 3 | Cook chicken and onions in oil in large skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until chicken is lightly browned and almost cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes. | | 4 | Stir tomato sauce mixture into skillet; mix well. | | 5 | Stir in zucchini. | | 6 | Cover and simmer 5 minutes. | | 7 | Uncover; cook and stir about 1 minute to thicken sauce, if necessary. | | 8 | Serve with additional picante sauce. | | 9 | Serves 4. |
