| tsp | Crushed garlic -- divided | | 5
| | 8 ounce | | 1/2
| cup | Butter | | 1
| cup | Heavy cream | | 1/2
| cup | Chicken stock | | 1
| tsp | Cracked black pepper | | 1/4
| cup | Green onion | | | Chicken breast -- boneless |

Procedures:
| 1 | In large bowl, mix crabmeat, shrimp, parmesan cheese, oregano, marjoram, ?cup bechamel cream, salt, pepper and ?teaspoon garlic. | | 2 | Pound chicken breasts until ?inch thick. | | 3 | Spread stuffing over chicken; then roll breasts, securing with a wood pick. | | 4 | Saute chicken in butter until golden brown. | | 5 | Discard excess oil. | | 6 | Add heavy cream, ?tsp garlic, chicken stock, craced pepper, green onions and ?cup bechamel cream. | | 7 | Simmer until sauce thickens. |
