Ingredients:
1/2 lbsCrabmeat
1/2 lbsShrimp
1 cupParmesan cheese -- grated
1 tbspOregano -- crushed
1 tbspMarjoram -- crushed
1 cupBechamel cream -- divided
1 tbspSalt
1 tbspPepper
1 tspCrushed garlic -- divided
5 8 ounce
1/2 cupButter
1 cupHeavy cream
1/2 cupChicken stock
1 tspCracked black pepper
1/4 cupGreen onion
Chicken breast -- boneless
Procedures:
1In large bowl, mix crabmeat, shrimp, parmesan cheese, oregano, marjoram, ?cup bechamel cream, salt, pepper and ?teaspoon garlic.
2Pound chicken breasts until ?inch thick.
3Spread stuffing over chicken; then roll breasts, securing with a wood pick.
4Saute chicken in butter until golden brown.
5Discard excess oil.
6Add heavy cream, ?tsp garlic, chicken stock, craced pepper, green onions and ?cup bechamel cream.
7Simmer until sauce thickens.
