Ingredients:
2 clGarlic, peeled
1/2 cupRed wine vinegar
1/2 cupOlive oil
1/2 cupChicken broth
1 tbspFresh rosemary
3 1/2 lbsChicken cut into

Salt and freshly ground
Pepper
Procedures:

2Put the wine vinegar and chopped ingredients into a ceramic or glass bowl.
3Let marinate one hour.
4Heat oil in skillet, when hot add the chicken and saute" over high heat until golden about 15 minutes.
