Ingredients:
3 cupDiced cooked turkey
1/3 cupPurchased cranberry-orange
1/2 cupSliced green onions
Relish
1/3 cupSour cream
1/4 cupChopped shelled pistachios
2 tbspDijon mustard
Procedures:
1Food processor directions line small bowl or decorative mold with plastic wrap.
2In processor bowl with metal blade, combine turkey, onions, sour cream and mustard; process until mixture is well blended and smooth.
3Add relish; process about 30 seconds or just until combined.
4Spoon into lined bowl; press gently.
5Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
6Unmold on serving plate; remove plastic wrap.
7Sprinkle with nuts and gently press into pate.
8Serve with crackers
