| 1 | Place cereal in a food processor. |
| 2 | Mix well until crumbs are formed. |
| 3 | (there should be some chunks of cereal in the mixture). |
| 4 | Transfer to a mixing bowl. |
| 5 | Combine flour, onion and garlic powder and pepper in a second mixing bowl. |
| 6 | Combine eggs and milk in a third mixing bowl. |
| 7 | Place chicken in seasoned flour, one at a time, dip and coat evenly in egg wash, then coat evenly with crunch mixture. |
| 8 | Using a candy thermometer, heat oil in large frying pan until temperature reaches 325°F. |
| 9 | Fry tenders for 3 ?minutes or until golden brown. |
| 10 | Remove and drain on paper towels. |
