Ingredients:
10 ml2 tsp sunflower oil.
4 smallChicken breasts.
2 largeOnions peeled and chopped.
3 Cloves garlic, crushed.
125 mlQuarter tsp chili powder.
125 mlQuarter tsp laos (optional)
10 ml2 tsp ground cumin.
5 ml1 tsp ground coriander.
30 ml2 tbsp soy sauce.
15 ml1 tbsp tomato ketchup.
275 grams10 oz long grain brown rice

Procedures:
1Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan and cook the chicken breasts for about 15 to 20 minutes.
2Remove the chicken and allow to cool.
3Add the onions to the pan and cook for 15 minutes until well browned.
4Add the garlic and cook for a further 1 minute.
5Stir in the spices and cook for 2 minutes.
6Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and add to the pan with the soy sauce tomato ketchup and brown rice.
7Cover and cook for 20 minutes stirring frequently.
8Add 15 to 30 ml, 1 to 2 tbsp water if necessary.
