Mustard chicken stir-fry

Ingredients:
1 tbspSugar
1 tbspFlour, all-purpose
1 tspGinger, ground
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupWater
2 tbspDijon-style mustard
2 tbspSoy sauce, reduce-sodium
1 tbspRice-wine vinegar
1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
3/4 lbsChicken breast halves
2 tbspVegetable oil
5 Green onions
1/4 lbsSnow peas, fresh, stringed
1 Pepper, red/yellow, medium
Procedures:
1Combine sugar, flour, ginger, salt, water, mustard, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic in small bowl.
2Add chicken.
3Refrigerate for 30 minutes.?Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
4With a slotted spoon, remove chicken from marinade to skillet; reserve marinade.
5Stir-fry chicken for 3 minutes or just until chicken is cooked through.
6Remove chicken to plate to keep warm.
7Wipe out skillet with paper toweling.?Heat remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in same skillet over medium heat.
8Add green onion; stir-fry for 1 minute.
9Add snow peas and red pepper; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
10Pour reserved marinade into skillet.
11Bring to boiling.
12Add chicken to skillet; cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and thickened.
