Penne with turkey & brocolli

Ingredients:
2 tbspOlive oil
1 Onion, chopped
3 Galic cloves, chopped
1/8 tspChili flakes, opt
1 canPlum tomatoes, 28oz/796 ml
-pureed with juices
2 cupTurkey, cooked, diced
1 bunchBrocolli, trimmed and cut
-inot 1 inch pieces
1 tsp-Salt
1/2 tspPepper
1 lbsPenne, or other tubal pasta
1/2 cupParmesan, grated , opt
Procedures:
1Heat oil in deep skillet.
2Add onions, garlic, and chili flakes.
3Cook gently 5 minutes or till very fragrant.add tomatoes; bring to a boil.
4Reduce heat; cook 5 minutes.
5Add turkey; cook 5 minutes more.
6Add brocolli, salt, pepper, cook 5 to 8 minutes longer until turkey is tender and brocolli is cooked.
7Meanwhiel, cook pasta in large pot of cooking water in a large pot of boiling salted water.
8Drain well, toss with sauce.
9Taste; adjust seasoning if necessary.
10Serve sprinkled with cheese if you wish.
11Serves: 4 to 6
