| | Onion, chopped | | 3
| | Galic cloves, chopped | | 1/8
| tsp | Chili flakes, opt | | 1
| can | Plum tomatoes, 28oz/796 ml | | | -pureed with juices | | 2
| cup | Turkey, cooked, diced | | 1
| bunch | Brocolli, trimmed and cut | | | -inot 1 inch pieces | | 1
| tsp | -Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| lbs | Penne, or other tubal pasta | | 1/2
| cup | Parmesan, grated , opt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oil in deep skillet. | | 2 | Add onions, garlic, and chili flakes. | | 3 | Cook gently 5 minutes or till very fragrant.add tomatoes; bring to a boil. | | 4 | Reduce heat; cook 5 minutes. | | 5 | Add turkey; cook 5 minutes more. | | 6 | Add brocolli, salt, pepper, cook 5 to 8 minutes longer until turkey is tender and brocolli is cooked. | | 7 | Meanwhiel, cook pasta in large pot of cooking water in a large pot of boiling salted water. | | 8 | Drain well, toss with sauce. | | 9 | Taste; adjust seasoning if necessary. | | 10 | Serve sprinkled with cheese if you wish. | | 11 | Serves: 4 to 6 |
