| can | CRUSHED TOMATOES (28oz cn) | | 1 1/4
| cup | WATER | | 3
| tbsp | HONEY | | 1
| tbsp | GRATED CHOCOLATE UNSWEETENED | | 1/4
| tsp | PUMPKIN PIE SPICE | | 4
| each | DROPS HOT PEPPER SAUCE | | 1
| each | HOT COOKED, SPAGHETTI | | 1
| each | GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE | | 1
| each | OYSTER CRACKERS |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat 12" skillet over medium heat; add ground beef; cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. | | 2 | Stir in chili mix to coat meat completely. | | 3 | Stir and cook for two minutes. | | 4 | Stir in beans, tomatoes, water, honey, chocolate, and pumpkin pie spice. | | 5 | Bring mixture to a boil. | | 6 | Reduce heat, simmer for 15 minutes, uncovered, stirring ocassionally until mixture thickens. | | 7 | Remove from heat stir in hot pepper sauce. | | 8 | Serve chili accompanied by cooked pasta, crackers, cheese and/or ?. | | 9 | Makes 4 servings - each 428 calories, 39 g protein, 9 g fat, 50 g carbo, 704 mg sodium, 66 mg chol. | | 10 | Each serving = 19 % calories from fat |
