Ingredients:
4 Chicken breasts without skin
1/2 tspSalt
Ds Black pepper
1 Egg
2 tbspMustard, prepared
1/4 cupParmesan cheese
1/4 cupBread crumbs
1 Green pepper, seeded, sliced
Procedures:

4In separate bowl, combine parmesan cheese and bread crumbs, mixing well.
