2/3 cupBread crumbs, dry fine
1 lbsChicken livers, trimmed
-halved
4 tbspButter, melted
1/4 cupKetchup
2 tbspBrown sugar
2 tbspDijon mustart
1 1/2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400°F.
2Place bread crumbs in a small dish.
3Dip chicken livers in melted butter, then in bread crumbs to coat.
4Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
5Bake livers for 15 to 20 minutes, until they are cooked through and ctispy on the outside.
6Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and worcestershire.
7Heat sauce to boiling, stirring to dissolve sugar.
8Serve the warm livers with the hot sauce for dipping.
