Ingredients:

| tbsp | Dry Italian salad dressing | | | Mix. (Good Seasons, etc.) | | 2
| tbsp | Margarine, melted | | 3
| | Whole chick. breast, split | | 1
| can | Cream mushroom soup | | 3
| oz | Cream cheese, softened | | 1
| tbsp | Chopped chives | | 1/3
| cup | Sauterne | | 1
| cup | Instant rice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Reserve ?tsp. salad dressing mix. | | 2 | In large skillet combine butter and dressing mix; add chicken and brown slowly until golden. | | 3 | Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. | | 4 | Blend soup, cream cheese, chives, and sauterne. | | 5 | Spoon over chicken. | | 6 | Bake uncovered at 325°F. for 1 hr. | | 7 | Baste with sauce occasionally. | | 8 | Serve over rice which has been cooked in water to which the reserved ?tsp. salad dressing mix has been added. |
