Ingredients:
8 ozPkg. cream cheese
2 tspMilk
1/2 pintSour cream
2 each3 oz. pkg. chipped beef
1/4 cupChives
2 tspOnion flakes
1/4 tspGarlic salt
GARNISH
Pecans
Procedures:

2Taylor who got it from marie taylor - an aunt of her husbands.
3Mix all ingredients well and put in a casserole dish.
4Put pecans on top and bake at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
5This was all there was to the directions folks - but i imagine that you can chop the chipped beef up small so it can be dipped with crackers - or why not use it as a spread on crackers
