Mustard sauce with turkey over pasta

Ingredients:
4 tbspButter
1/4 cupFlour
3 cupChicken broth
2 cupHeavy cream
2 tbspDijon mustard, heaping
3 cupCooked turkey, cubed
1 lbsPasta
Procedures:
1Melt butter in large pan.
2Stir in flour to make a roux.
3Slowly mix in hot chicken broth.
4I used broth made from the turkey carcass.
5Boil to thicken.
6Add cream, mustard and stir until mixed.
7Add turkey and heat until warm.
8Serve over hot pasta.
9I used red pepper pasta
10notes : great to use up leftover turkey.
11Major hit with the men in the house.
12Served them with steamed brusse lsprouts.
13Great combination.
14You could use cooked chicken.
