Ingredients:
1 lbsRound tip steaks, cut 1/8"
- to w/4" thick
1 medOnion, cut into thin wedges
2 tspVegetable oil
3/4 cupBarbecue sauce, your
- favorite
4 Corn muffins, quartered
Procedures:
1Preparation time: (not including muffins) 15 minutes cut the steaks crosswise into 1" wide strips; reserve.
2Cook and stir onion in oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
3Remove and keep warm.
4Add beef strips (?at a time) to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes.
5Add barbecue sauce and onions; heat until hot.
6Place an equal amount of the beef mixture over corn muffins.
7Serving suggestions: favorite cole slaw
