Orange marmalade pears

Ingredients:
2 tbsp+ 2 tsp pineapple-orange
. juice concentrate, thawed
2 tbspOrange marmalade, all fruit
1 tbspBrown sugar, packed
1 tbspOrange peel, grated
2 smallPears, halved & cored
1/2 cupYogurt, plain, low fat
Procedures:
1In 8" round baking pan, combine juice, marmalade, 1 tablespoon water, the sugar and orange peel.
2Place pears, cut sides down, in pan (small ends toward center).
3With vented cover, microwave on high 6- 7 minutes, spooning liquid over pears once.
4With slotted spatula, remove pears to serving plate.
5Refrigerate until well chilled.
6Cool cooking liquid.
7Add yogurt to cooled liquid, stirring to combine; refrigerate until ready to serve.
8Top each pear half with 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture.
