Honey-soy steak strips over basmati

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsSteak, ? thick
1 medGreen pepper
2 cupWhite basmati rice, cooked
MARINADE
2 tbspSoy sauce
2 tbspHoney
1 tspGround ginger
1 tspGarlic powder
1 tspLemon juice
1/4 tspCrushed hot red pepper flak
Procedures:
1Combine the marinade ingredients, and the meat.
2Marinate in the fridge overnight.
3Cut the pepper in thin strips and fry in a skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
4Add the marinated steak, and stir-fry until meat is no longer pink.
5Add the marinade juices and 1 cup of water to the skillet and bring to a boil.
6Simmer until the liquid is reduced to about 1/Arrange steak strips over the basmati, and drizzle the liquid from the frying pan on top.
