Ingredients:
2 tspOlive oil
1 lbsSmoked sausage or Polska
-Kielbasa, sliced
-Beef, Lite, or Turkey
1 cupChopped onion
1 canTomatoes, crushed (28oz can)
3 1/2 cupWater
2 Cubes chicken bouillon
1 cupSmall pasta shells, uncooked
-(4 oz)
1 canKidney beans, drained (18oz)
Procedures:
1In soup kettle or 4-quart saucepan heat oil over medium heat.
2Add sausage and onion; saute 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3Add tomatoes (with juices), water and bouillon; bring to a boil Add pasta and beans.
4Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until pasta is tender, about 15 minutes.
5Serve
