| cup | Coarse-grain Dijon mustard | | 1
| tbsp | Chopped parsley | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Honey | | 1
| tbsp | Cider vinegar | | 1
| tbsp | Water | | 1/4
| tsp | Coarse grind black pepper | | 1
| large | Red onion | | | -- sliced ? thick |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preparation time: 30 min.
